He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Williams and Juana M. Williams; and his nephew John C. Williams. He is survived by: his sister Diana M. Williams; his nephews, Robert Williams, Patrick Williams, Philip Pitts and Daniel Pitts; his niece Jessica Pitts; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Roxana Mamani and Leonardo Mamani.
