He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chancey F. Decker and Rose Ellen Decker; his wife Betty Herron Decker; his children, David Lee Decker (Diane) of Louisville, Joseph Ray Decker of LaGrange, Jeffery Alan Decker (Sally) of Hickory and Kimberly Decker Jackson (Edward) of Weston, Florida; his grandchildren, Jillian Decker Bland (Sammy), Adam David Decker (Christy), Sarah Decker Greer (Ryen), Tegan Jackson Alvarez (David), Katherine Decker Rogers (Chris), Thomas Chase Jackson (Sarah Anne), Luke Ray Jackson (Corinne), Joseph Jeremiah Decker, Danielle Jean Decker, Christian Wallace Decker (Emily) and Jacob Ryan Jackson; his great grandchildren, Kendyll, Sammy Bland, Sawyer, Claire Greer, Luke, Rose Rogers, Oliver Decker, Brooks Alvarez and Mack Jackson; and his brother Gerald T. Decker of Valley Station, Kentucky.. He was also cherished by four children, 11 grandchildren and 9 great - grandchildren.
