Milkanin Jr. of Davenport, Florida, born in Duryea, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Milkanin, Sr. and Bertha Liput Milkanin; his brother John M. Milkanin; and his children, Michael J. Milkanin, III, Marc Jonathan Milkanin, Brian Keith Milkanin (Margaret Milkanin) and Tretha Milkanin Chromey (Joseph S. Chromey).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jayne Milkanin (Kunigiel); and his grandchildren, Joseph Michael Chromey of Specialist, U. S and Olivia Marie Chromey.
Seated in the Sanctuary will be the Very Reverend William C. Chromey. Interment will take place immediately following the mass with military honors at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Kane Street, Scranton, (Minooka Section), Penna. Those attending the funeral are asked to go directly to the church and request that attendees use their judgement with regard to COVID-19 precautions.
