He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Sarah Rebecca Molder Haskins; his former wife Beverly Haskins; his son David Jeffrey Haskins, Sr.; his grandson David Haskins Jr.; and his brothers, W. J. Haskins, Harold Haskins and Hoyte Haskins.
He is survived by: his wife Colette Haskins of Davenport, FL; his daughter Bridgett Kilyanek (James) of Taylor, MI; his stepsons, Thomas Ulm of Davenport, FL and Robert Ulm (Mary) of Taylor, MI; and his granddaughters, Bethany Alexander (Travis), Emily Mullins and Naomi Haskins.
