He is survived by: his children, Lydia Lago of Ridge, Alice Tsakonas (Chris) of Davenport, Lorraine Tsakonas (Nick) of Davenport and Joseph Silva III of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his great great grandchild Bryson.
He was saddened that the pandemic had changed his ability to attend as he wished to.
