He is survived by: his wife Clara Urbanawiz; his children, Brian Urbanawiz, Aaron Urbanawiz (Jessica) and Casey Baumann (Ryan); his stepchildren, Jordan Giddy, Amber Laylon (Eric) and Jackie Giddy-Eusebio; and his siblings, Larry Urbanawiz (Sue), Joe Urbanawiz, Linda Tucker and Marti Bohnow. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
