He is survived by: his wife Theodora; his children, Jim Phillips (Jeff), Kathy Formella (Dan) and Barbara MacDonald (Bob); his grandchildren, Steve, Kristopher (Lia) and Kimberly (Dan); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Lauren, Ella, Anna and Declan.
