He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Gail" Guinn; his sons, Jack Guinn, III (Sherry) of Haines City, FL, Lonnie Guinn (Chasity) of Haines City, FL, Scotty Guinn (Beth) of Haines City, FL and Steven Guinn of Haines City, FL; and his siblings, Dennis Guinn of Davenport, Jimmy Guinn of Davenport, Ronnie Guinn of Lake Wales, FL, Marylou Adams and Adele Christian of Davenport. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
