He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Felts and Lizzie Durham Felts; and his son Keith Felts. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Felts (Sandra) of Taylor and Ronald Felts (Patricia) of Newport, Michigan; and his brother Charlie Felts. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
