She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Mangaliag and Natalia Cardeño; her husband Jerry L. Huxell; and her brother Gerardo Mangaliag. She is survived by: her children, Dan Michael Huxell (Joceleyn Huxell), Del Vanessa Huxell and Shasa Vidal (James Thurston); her sisters, Gloria M. De Guzman and Imelda M. Zacarias; and her grandchildren, Zavier Algarin, Violet Thurston and Desteny Jhoanne Huxell.
