He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sweigart and Clair Sweigart; his wife June Garis; and his siblings, Dick Sweigart, Mary and Alma Nice.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Sweigart of Lansdale, PA, Linda Marsilio of Sellersville, PA, Glenn Sweigart (Cathey) of Savannah, GA, Nancy Sweigart of Lansdale, PA and Kathy Herbert (Brian) of Lansdale, PA; and his grandchildren, Roseann Kleinshmidt (Andy) of Finksburg, MD, Brian Sweigart (Erin) of Mentor, OH, Christina Lopez (Jack) of Sellersville, PA, Jessica Greener (Randy) of Sellersville, PA and Jasmyne Pogue (Anthony) of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
