He is survived by: his wife Rookmin Foulkes; his children, Dalchand Ragnauth (Shamwattie), Bharrat Ragnauth (Nayia), Ramrattan Ragnauth (Rosaline) and Kemraj Ragnauth; his grandchildren, Natasha, Nadiya, Ravin, Kevin, Navin, Anjali, Ravi, Junior and Hema Ragnauth; and his great grandchildren, Natania and Jaxson.
