He was predeceased by: his wife Denise; and his parents, Veto McKienzie and Phyllis McKienzie. He is survived by: his children, Dave McKienzie (Jenni), Dan McKienzie (Lori) and Kathy McKienzie; his siblings, Phyllis Friedman (Jack) and Mike McKienzie; his grandchildren, Maddie, Molly, Taylor and Ryan; and his pet Roxie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to the St. Mary's Music department.
