It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Syreta Yvonne Thomas (Dade City, Florida), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Cowan and Cora Mae Cowan; and her brother James H. Cowan. She is survived by: her sons, Floyd William Thomas Jr. and Cornelius Lee Thomas; and her grandchildren, Qui, Reggie, King, Kadijah, Ta'leya and Nya Marie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
