He is survived by: his wife Patricia Diann Stephens; his daughters, Sheri Fox, Suzanne Stephens-Coronado, Christy Slaughter, Amanda Stephens and P. Nicole Stephens of Fl; and his siblings, SueEllen Lee (Eddie), Linda Lander (Mark) and Francis Ballard (Rodney). He is also survived by his wife and children, Steve is survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 18 nieces and nephews.
