She was predeceased by: her father Clinton "Lucky" Crawford of Dade City. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Llewellyn Crawford of Dade City; her husband Kermit James Mathis; her sons, Kenny Mathis of Dade City, Kevin Mathis (Heather) of Dade City and Kerry Mathis (Michelle) of Land; her grandchildren, Kameron, Kaleb, Karson, George, Kayleigh and Kaden; and her sisters, Brenda Harmon (Roger) of Tampa and Janet Batten of Brooksville.
