He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Kenneth "R. K.". He is survived by: his siblings, Kenny "Bebo" Brown, Felecia Penney, Donna DeLong (Bruce) and Trish Stancil (Mel). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and many loving friends.
Flowers will be graciously accepted or a donation can be made in Shorty's memory to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
