He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Driggers; his children, Tammy Chiles (Brian), Richard and Patrick Driggers (Michelle); his stepchildren, Sheila Garren (Billy), Rhonda Ellison (Carl) and Doug Pence (April); and his grandchildren, Wayne Russell (Tiffany), Christopher Russell, Tamara Johnson, Courtney Kiser, Cody Kiser, Amber Garrow, Alicia Gordon, Brionna Gordon and Patrick Edward Driggers Jr.. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
