He was predeceased by: his father Louis Woodard; his brother Terrance L. Woodard Sr.; his grandparents, Eddie L. Starkes Sr. and Mary W. J. Starkes; and his uncles, Eddie L. Starkes Jr., Dyke E. Brown and Thomas Easter.
He is survived by: his mother Bermice Starkes Thomas (Harold Thomas); his sisters, Ivory Whitley, Normita Woodard and Anita Blake; his uncles, Joseph Starkes (Vivian) and Henry Starkes (Joan); his nephew Terrance L. Woodard Jr. (Tareva); his niece Shabanese Barrick (Christopher); his great-nieces, Kyra L. Woodard, Lyric E. Albury, Brynlee R. Barrick and Triniti L. Woodard; his godmother Judy Mann; his close friends, Greg, Cecil, David, Milton and Due; and also, Lisa Phillips (Cliff), Physicians, Dr. Nancy Finnerty, MD, Dr. Keith A. Rosenbach, MD and Advent Health. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
