He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Emerson Mitchell and Jerry Winn; and his cousins, Robin Palmer and Crystal Clements. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Winn and Toni Winn; his sister Kelli Winn; his grandmothers, Jo Ann Mitchell and Carol Winn; his aunts, Gail Shelton (George), Lora Caselnova (Terry) and Jerri Miller (James); and his great-aunt Connie Hogard.
