With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martha Louise Gant Damron of Dade City, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 5, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Wilson Gant and Mable Florence Jeffers Gant; her husband Scotty Randall Damron; her daughter Michelle Daire Damron Hulinek; her siblings, Shirley Mae Hayes and John Francis Gant; and her in-laws, Nova Daire Damron Sherman, Clyde Sherman, Lois Evelyn Damron Harmak and Walter Harma.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Damron Musgrove; her son-in-law Timothy Franklin Musgrove of Dade City, Florida; her stepson Gary Scott Pell; her stepdaughter-in-law Felma Pell of Augusta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Jacob Eli Hulinek, Timothy Christian Musgrove, Trinity Grace Musgrove Shaw, Marvin Pell, Melvin Pell and Kirsten Pell; her great grandchild Addyson Hulinek; her sisters, Mary Florence Gant Behnke (Richard Behnke) and Ruth Ann Gant Gonser (Galen Gonser); and her nieces and nephews, Michelle Sager (Michael Rood), Tina Gant Herl, Pamela Spires of Westerville, Rebecca Hayes of Hebron, Karen Behnke Brown (Robert Brown), Dwayne Behnke of Orange and Eric (Cindy Hayes). She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hodges Family Funeral Home - Dade City (11441 US-301, Dade City, FL 33525). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Chapel Hill Gardens (11531 US-301, Dade City, FL 33525). A reception was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Women's Club (37922 Palm Ave, Dade City, FL 33525).
