It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mariellen Blackstone of Dade City, Florida, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fortunato and Helen Fortunato; and her sister Janet Weinstock. She is survived by: her husband Harry Blackstone; her children, AJ Blackstone and Sara Smith; her brother Gary Fortunato; and her grandsons, Michael and Ryan. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
