He is survived by: his children, Tammy Wooten (Randy) of Ridge Manor, FL, Stephanie Boyett (Scott Allen) of Dade City, FL, Angela Boyett of Dade City, FL and Kevin Boyett of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Rebecca Norris (Eric) of Ridge Manor, FL, Miranda Burt (Joshua) of Trilby, FL, Olen Allen of Ridge Manor, FL, Dylan Boyett of Ozark, AL and Ethan Green of Dade City, FL; his great grandchild Elijah Burt of Trilby, FL; and his siblings, Curtis Boyett (Carolyn) of Blanton, FL, Linda Brown of Dade City, FL and Gloria Keith (Alfred) of Dade City, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many other friends.
