He is survived by: his wife Irene; his siblings, Barbara Gibson and James Kyser; his daughter Christine Royer (Travis); his granddaughter Audrey Royer of Tampa, FL.; and his brothers, Art Kyser (Peggie) of Gretna, VA, Danny Kyser (Diane) and Dale Kyser (Lois) of Charlottesville, VA..
Whether he was lending a helping hand, providing the means for children to attend camp, or making anonymous donations, all felt his selfless acts of kindness.
