She was predeceased by: her husband Jean Lyons; her daughter Carolyn Marie Lyons; her grandson Bobby Dale Hawkins; her parents, I. D. Polk and Mazie Polk; and her siblings, Geraldine Jolly, Mildred Hartzog, Catherine Batten (Skeet) and Kenneth Polk.
She is survived by: her children, Earl Lyons (Diane), Mary Rogers (Paul), Donna Clark (Dennis) and Martha Rogers (Morgan); her grandchildren, Rowdy Lyons, Carrie Lyons, Becky Lyons, Wylie Lyons, Jacob Lyons, Timothy Hawkins, Paul Vincent Rogers, Michael Clark, Pamela Jean Clark, Amanda K. McCormick, Dawn Michelle Keeney and Joseph Morgan Rogers III; and her siblings, Roy Daniel Polk and Martha Florelll Alford. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren.
