He was predeceased by: his parents, Toomey Wesley and Annie Elizabeth Colburn (Stevens); his daughter Danielle; and his siblings, James Madison "Buddy" Young (Shirley), Samuel Colburn (Susan), Edward Benton "Benny" Colburn, Jane Graves (Lint) and Helen Hood (Julius).
He is survived by: his sister Sue Clare of Zephyrhills, FL; his former wife Barbara Colburn (Evans) of Dade City; his sister-in-law Cindy Colburn; his daughters, Angela Neuhofer (Daniel) of Ridge Manor and April Neuhofer (Richard) of St. Joseph; his grandchildren, Dakota Hart (Veronica), Kaitlyn Conley (Nick), Alexandra Neuhofer, Heather Neuhofer and Justin Neuhofer; and his great grandchild Sophia Neuhofer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
