He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Plumley and Mazie Plumley. He is survived by: his children, Denise Rinehart, Tina Farrington, Sheila Fritz (Robby) and John C. Plumley II (Heidi); and his brother Jerry Plumley (Loretta). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
