He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene; his brothers, Robert, James, Jimmy and Jackie; his stepdaughter Jean; and his parents, Hose and Birdie.
He is survived by: his son Jeremy Isaac (Heide); and his grandchildren, Natalie and Kaylie. He is also survived by family, Jerry leaves behind many friends.
