It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Fredrick Gant (Dade City, Florida), who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Budley Gant and Rita Agnes Gant-Gude; his sister Dorothy; and his sons, Dale Gant and Sammy Gant.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Gant; his siblings, Bessie and David (Butch); and his children, Pamela Gant Harper, Randy Gant, Betty Gant Finch, Steven Gant, Johnny Gant, Cindy Fagan and Connie Gant. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Covent House, a charitable organization that was dear to Jimmy's heart.
