He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry, Doris Fewox, Butch, Carol Prado, John and Catherine Ducey.
He is survived by: his parents, James Raymond, Sr. and Dori Prado of Bushnell; his children, Cameron, Caden and Cassie Ducey; his stepfather Kurt Forte; his significant other Regina Shaffer; and his siblings, Butch Clark, Carolann Hopkins and Angel Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.
