He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Fussner (Kohlmeier); his parents, Raymond Fussner and Helen Fussner (Flach); and his sisters, Sherri Weldele (Fussner) and Lucinda Fussner.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Fussner (Laura) of Tampa, Florida and Michelle Fussner (Daniel) of Zephyrhills, Florida; his brother John Fussner (Charlotte) of Columbia, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Zachary Lockenvitz, Jarrod Fussner, Emma Fussner and Daniel Benefiel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to go towards research for either Alzheimer's or American Diabetes Associations.
