He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leferink and Bonnie Leferink. He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. Hammer; his stepson Kenneth J. Hammer of Zephyrhills, FL; his brothers, Michael E. Leferink (Sheryl) of Alvin, TX and Randall Scott Leferink of Lafayette, LA; his parents-in-law, Janet Hammer of Zephyrhills, FL and James M. Hammer of Dade City, FL; his brother-in-law Jim Hammer (Wendy Nelson) of Kenhorst, PA; and his close friend Tim Galloway of Lafayette, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.
