He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Beatty of Clearwater; his son Robert (Angie); his grandsons, Morgan Davis (Alyssa) and Lane Davis (Rebecka); his brother-in-law Bill Beatty (Sylvia); his niece Karen Davis-Brown (Brian); and his nephews, Tim Beatty (Juli) and Mike Beatty (Amy).

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made to the charity of your choice in Chic's name.
