He is survived by: his child Eustace McIntosh; his siblings, Albert McIntosh, Eulalee McIntosh (Nee Jarrett), Wilburglen McIntosh, Joseph McIntosh, Dennis McIntosh, Florence McIntosh and Linden McIntosh; his children, Ingrid, Sharon, Charmaine, Andrea, Crystal, Sheree, Seval, Clive and Sherlon; his son-in-law Jessie Ollis; his grandchildren, Delisha, Samantha, Alisha, Zoii, Jodie, Jamar, Dane and Kevin Jr.; his siblings, Beatrice Brown (Clement), Percival McIntosh (Edith), Leo McIntosh (Claudia) and Allan McIntosh (Beverly); and his close friend Annette Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
