He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Salazar Sr. and Aurora (Villarreal); and his sons, Juan Salazar (Diana) and Eddie Salazar. He is survived by: his wife Elvira H. Salazar; and his children, Abel Salazar (Alice), Eva Salazar and Micheal Salazar (Irene). He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, fifty great-grandchildren, and twelve great-great grandchildren.
