He is survived by: his spouse Myrtice Forcella; his children, James (Somer), Kari (Steve Butler), Lacy (Kevin McGuire) and Michael; and his sisters, Marie Chartrand (Panapolis) and Phyllis Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
