She was predeceased by: her husband Wilmer Blevins; her son Charles "David" Blevins; and her parents, Robert Asher and Mary Noe Asher. She is survived by: her sons, Roger D. Blevins and Timothy Blevins; her sister Emma Asher Pfeifer; her siblings-in-law, Robert, George Blevins and Shelia Blevins; her daughter-in-law Beth Blevins; and her nieces, Betty and Marsha. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grand children.
