She is survived by: her husband James E. Johnston, Jr. (Stoney); her children, Kim Pilote (Ed), Kipper Cacopardo, James "Eldon" Johnston III and William "Daily" Johnston (Andi); her grandchildren, Joshua Bick, Aaron Billings (Jennifer), Benjamin Bick (Whitney), Zachary Pilote, Angelo Cacopardo, Jessica Cacopardo, Drew Johnston and Ally Johnston; and her great grandchildren, Kieran, Lucan and Emily.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lupus Association of Florida.
