He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline Bayard and Clarence Bayard; his former wife Avis Pohl Bayard; and his brother-in-law Donald E. Schultz. He is survived by: his daughters, Camille Bayard Wagner (Richard) and Nicole Bayard DeLaGrange (Anthony) of Jacksonville, FL; his sister Carol Joan Schultz of Crocker, MO; his grandchildren, Nolan Wagner of Jacksonville, Allison Wagner of Jacksonville, Kyle DeLaGrange of Jacksonville, Noah DeLaGrange of Jacksonville, Timothy Wagner (Callie) of Fredericksburg, VA, Melissa Rizk (Bishoy) of Franklin, TN, Michael Wagner of Staten Island, NY and Rachelle Boston (Derek) of Perry, IA; his great grandchildren, Romy Wagner, August Wagner, Marina Rizk, Ezekiel Boston and Asa Boston; his niece Carol A. Schultz; his nephews, Donald Schultz and Robert Schultz; and his pet Pixie. He is also survived by many great-nephews and great-nieces, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Bob's favorite charity, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
