She was predeceased by: her mother Katy Bell Rozar; her former husband Parkey P. Payne Jr.; her father James A. Rozar (Sam); and her sons, William A. Payne and Darrell E. Payne.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Porter of Cypress, Florida; her children, Belinda McLane (Alan) of Panama City, Florida, Steven Payne of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Pam Clark (Darrell) of Grand Ridge, Florida; her grandchildren, Adam McLane, Justin McLane, Brint Clark, Nikita Clark McDougald, Trint Clark, Heather Payne Ritchie, Jessica Payne Staschke, Makayla Broussard Evanko, Tyler Broussard and Cole Burdeshaw; and her siblings, Rae Bryan of Tallahassee, Florida and Deward Rozar (Suzanne) of Forsyth, Georgia. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
