We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2020, at the age of 76, Delma Basford (Cypress, Florida), born in Chattahoochee, Florida passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Delma Basford to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Park Basford and Florence Lynn Basford; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Keel Jr. (Margie), Horace Nichols and Tessa Basford.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Keel Basford of Cypress; his siblings, Catherine Jeanette Nichols of Marianna, Linda Hamby (Dan) of Douglasville, Georgia and Wayne Basford of Woodstock, Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Miaoulis (Nick) of Tarpon Springs, Florida and Charles Keel of Missouri. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In consideration of community health and public safety due to the COVID 19 Virus, a private family graveside service will be held at Cypress Cemetery on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Emerald Coast Hospice (3015 Jefferson St, Marianna, FL 32446) or a favorite charity.
