He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert F. Cahill, Lawrence W. Cahill and Nancy Cahill O'Connor. He is survived by: his nieces, Elizabeth Cahill Szymanowicz, Cynthia Wilson Cahill, Cathleen Cahill Brown, Sallie Blair Strickroot and Jane Cahill Weir; his nephew Reid Bennet Cahill; and his close friend Rochelle Rosenberg (Raquel).
