He was predeceased by: his father Hugh Erskine McGlathery; and his grandson Mathias. He is survived by: his mother Rita McGlathery (Vreeland); his wife Mary Lynn Myers (Liparoto); his sons, David Hugh McGlathery II (Adelina) and Daniel McGlathery; his grandchildren, Lauren, Karlee, Daniel II and Eli; and his siblings, Dennis, Diane and Dana.
