She was predeceased by: her former husbands, William Wayne Shoemaker and Charles Davis Chancellor; her siblings, Johnny Pleasant, Douglas Guy, Robert Darling, Bessie Boggan Hoskins, Rebecca Ruth Montgomery, Emma McCurdy and Gloria Boggan; and her grandson Jonathan Shoemaker.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Overton (Johnny) and Wayne Boggan Shoemaker (Sherry); her sister Eva Nell Boggan Oram (Dave); her sister-in-law Grayce Hargrove Boggan; and her great grandchildren, Laney, Liza and Daniel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
