She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson L. Neidhardt and Evelyn Irene (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Riccardo Mazzacua; her children, Drs and Timothy Urban Mazzacua (Edward Smith); her stepdaughters, Mary Mazzacua Olivas, Anne Marie Mazzacua and Rhonda Clark; her brother Skip Neidhardt; and her children, Brandy Madeiros and Lucas Whaling. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
