He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob B. Dibble and Alma Pearl Dibble (Gall); his wife Phyllis Lee Dibble (Moses); and his sons, James A. Dibble Jr. and Bryan E. Dibble.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Terry Lee, Rebecca (Becky) and Bryan E. James; and his children, Kevin and Becky. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, Children, and many friends.
