He is survived by: his wife Charmyn Otis; his sons, Randy Otis (Shelly) of Colorado, Cory Otis of Washington, Mark Otis (Dena) of Washing and Scott Otis (Lorraine) of Alaska; his sister Elvira Nagle of California; and his stepdaughters, Paula Underhill of Florida and Mary Kraft. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
