We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2020, at the age of 97, Donald Phipps of Crystal River, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Anderson and Joyce Della Phipps (Rader); his wife Katie Essinger; his son Bob Phipps; his grandchildren, Kim Hudnall and Troy Phipps; and his siblings, Norman Phipps and Betty Doty.
He is survived by: his former wives, Goldie Franks and Blanche DeVriendt; his sons, Carroll Phipps (Sharon) of Crystal River, FL and Gary Phipps (Gail) of Swanton, OH; his daughter-in-law Shirley Phipps of Logansport, IN; and his grandchildren, Randy Phipps (Cindy), Robin Leising (Joe), Rob Phipps, Anna Phipps-Zin (JP), Tammy Loggins, Kim Phipps and Donnie Marshman.
