He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford M. Dial and Margaret Dial (Johnson); his wife Phyllis Arlene Milner; and his siblings, Otis Blasingim Jr., Judith Emery, Sylvia Smith and Louise Thompson.
He is survived by: his sons, Clifford W. Dial II (Roxana) of Cottage Hills and Johnathan Dial (Tiffany) of Marine, IL; his stepchildren, Donny Miller of California, Jim Miller of East Alton, Susan Stone (Pastor Mark Stone) of Godfrey and Tina Zarichniak (David) of Kansas; and his siblings, James "Bo" Blasingim of Crystal River, FL and Norma Garbin of Crystal River, FL.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
