He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, John Zajac (Michelle), Dane Hultgren (Brandelyn), Elizabeth Kingsley (Eric) and Anne Hultgren; his grandchildren, Kolbie, Luke, Will and Holland; his mother Mary Jane Hultgren; and his siblings, Stevan Hultgren (Kathlene), Brenda Robison (Bradley) and Laura Burch (Gary). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
